Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate the Agile processes within our Dataspace project. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a cross-functional Scrum team consisting of backend developers, frontend developers, testers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully applying Scrum principles in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong understanding of Dataspace technologies.

Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation: Act as a servant-leader, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the Dataspace project team.
Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative and self-organizing culture within the Scrum team, ensuring that team members are empowered and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the progress of the Scrum team, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process for backend, frontend, and other team members.
Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and Dataspace requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by encouraging the team to reflect on their processes and outcomes, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication: Facilitate clear and transparent communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is well-informed about project progress and impediments.
Collaboration: Foster collaboration between backend developers, frontend developers, testers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Dataspace project development.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key Agile metrics, providing visibility into team performance and project progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, preferably in Dataspace projects.
Familiarity with backend and frontend development processes, as well as experience working with testers and other stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Dataspace technologies and their integration into Agile projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Knowledge of Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
