We are looking for individuals with experience in managing financial administration and collections processes, teams and advanced financial application software, reporting and analysis tools who want to join us in exceeding our client's expectations by transforming their existing business processes to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of SpryPoint’s solutions. This role will require a combination of software implementation expertise, leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen desire to deliver high-quality work and focus on continuous improvement.

The Revenue Management Team Lead will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Understand how their team and specific SpyPoint solution area can make client operations more effective and efficient.
- Provide oversight to ensure the SpryPoint solution is configured and delivered to meet the project's business process objectives.
- Participate in project reviews and audits to ensure quality and manage project risks.
- Ensure the client has gained the knowledge and skills to utilize SpryPoint solutions effectively.
- Manage your team to deliver project tasks on time to meet project milestones and within the task budget.
- Conduct regular team and individual meetings to discuss project goals and objectives, challenges and strategies for improvement.
- Development and updating of best practices for solution delivery.
- Ensure your team is following best practices in their project work.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and effective ramping of new team members to successfully contribute to projects quickly and efficiently.
- Work with product management and development to contribute to, validate and influence SpryPoint solution design.
- Travel and working at client sites across North America is anticipated. The successful candidate must be able to travel outside of Canada with no known legal or immigration-related impediment in doing so.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum five (5) years experience leading finance department teams or financial software implementations.
- Financial process expertise and skills including but not limited to financial planning and budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, month end and balancing, accounts payable and receivable, collections, FIS integrations and auditing.
- Enterprise application software and traditional productivity tools proficiency with implementation experience a plus.
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platforms
- Proven ability to train users on financial software applications
- Financial business process mapping expertise
- Technical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills a plus
- Proven ability to mentor and lead people
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in what can be a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and open-minded to change.
- Proven interpersonal skills, the ability to build and strengthen relationships, and the ability to foster cooperation with numerous stakeholders including senior management, clients and business partners.
- Confidence to work independently and interpersonal skills to work as a member of internal and external teams.
