The Opportunity
"Financial Inclusion and Literacy initiatives aim to support individuals who are often 'unscorable' due to a lack of credit history. In this context, your role takes on significant importance as it revolves around promoting FICO's B2B FICO Score products and establishing thought leadership in this vital area.
Your work will be highly collaborative, involving cross-functional coordination with product management and subject matter experts to shape and execute marketing programs from initial concept to measuring their impact. These programs may encompass a wide range of strategies, including direct-to-lender campaigns, events, sales enablement, website content, and other promotional materials.
In addition, you'll collaborate closely with our PR, field marketing, events, digital teams, and external agencies to craft and implement content marketing programs that not only engage clients but also cultivate a preference for and drive demand for FICO's offerings. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in expanding financial inclusion and literacy, making a real difference in the lives of individuals who have been historically underserved in the credit ecosystem." - Hiring Manager
What You’ll Contribute
Program / campaign management – drive program development process and creation of associated campaign sprints and deliverables around specific topics or research projects.
Content marketing – oversee strategy, content development, and placement planning for items such as byline articles, white papers, and other thought leadership materials.
Digital - develop web content and digital marketing elements to align with key programs, work with digital teams / agencies to build and measure.
Sales Enablement – engage with scores business development and other teams within FICO to drive thought leadership comms direct to clients and pilot project client pipelines.
Events - support development of speaker abstracts and presentations for strategic industry events, work across all marketing teams to execute integrated events plans.
Planning - identify opportunities for the Scores business within the context of our business unit objectives and multi-year strategy.
Innovation/Awards – develop a process for working with product managers and other stakeholders to submit innovative pilot programs or POC projects for key industry awards, and drive value via PR or other mechanisms.
Distribution – Manage publishing process of any program public facing materials on FICO.com and other areas as needed.
What We’re Seeking
Proven track record of developing world class marketing programs in a highly regulated complex environment.
Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world and what it takes to build brand affinity, product awareness and pipeline.
Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, partners, and sales teams to align on goals and work through business challenges.
Creative skills in both communications and problem solving.
Expert in using metrics and marketing performance measurement and how these are critical to optimize results and ROI in a corporate marketing environment.
Knowledge and experience in building content marketing plans, web content, presentations, email copy, and other campaign elements.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or related field; Master’s degree/MBA or equivalent industry experience is strongly preferred.
Previous Banking, Investment, Fintech, or Finance industry B2B experience is a plus.
Skilled with Pardot, Salesforce or other CRM systems nice to have.
Highly collaborative, self-starter and strong at navigating matrixed organizations to achieve goals.
Agency management experience desired.
