Business Operations Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Multi-Brand Order Fulfillment (50%):

• Facilitate customer order fulfillment including but not limited to order confirmations, order entry, shipping/delivery coordination, and invoicing for all customers.
• Deliver exceptional, prompt, and professional service through various channels (email, chat and phone) with our customers regarding order fulfillment and issues including returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
• Partner with D2C fulfillment to manage D2C shipping SLAs and inventory levels.
• Work with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery.

Promotional Reconciliation (20%):

• Reconcile credit requests and accruals.
• Research, reconcile, and dispute if needed, account discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy in credits issued.

Channel Support (15%):

• Provide assistance as needed with new item set up and product discontinuations
• Help to resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Other (15%):

• Report issues with regards to the food safety/quality assurance system (FSQA) to Leadership and adhere to the requirements of the FSQA standards.
• Become proficient with Epicor, Shopify, and any customer portals.
• Maintain and update SOP library for customer support.
• 100% accuracy in order acknowledgement, order entry, invoicing and promotional reconciliations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or equivalent business experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for pets and commitment to promoting high-quality pet food products.

· In-Person role in Green Bay WI
