Job Summary: The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing processes at our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and production management, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet Ameristar's high standards.

• Production Oversight: Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of our product lines, including ornamental fences, gates, and security barriers.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, related field or equivalent field experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leaders
