About the role

As the Senior Director of Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation, you lead enterprise-wide change that turns strategy into measurable results. You bring together people, processes, and intelligent automation to simplify work, improve outcomes, and scale impact. With a growth mindset and a collaborative leadership style, you influence across the organization to deliver meaningful business value through thoughtful transformation.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead an enterprise automation and intelligent automation strategy that aligns to business priorities and delivers measurable value.

• Unite dispersed automation teams into a cohesive operating model, building trust, clarity, and shared accountability.

• Translate strategic goals into a prioritized, executable roadmap that balances speed, quality, risk, and scalability.

• Establish success measures that focus on outcomes, value realization, and sustainable adoption.

• Partner across clinical, operational, technology, and governance teams to drive alignment and shared ownership.

• Influence without authority by navigating a matrixed environment and driving progress through collaboration.

• Provide people leadership through coaching, talent development, and succession planning to build future-ready capabilities.

• Maintain working fluency in automation, AI, and software delivery to engage credibly with technical teams.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly, serving as a trusted voice with executives and enterprise stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in operations, transformation, analytics, or enterprise initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or automation programs.

• Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Proven success influencing leaders and teams without direct authority.

• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Working knowledge of automation, AI-enabled solutions, and the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience in healthcare operations or complex, regulated environments.

• Familiarity with prior authorization workflows or end-to-end operational processes.

• Background building and scaling enterprise automation or intelligent automation capabilities.
