The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for researching, analysing, executing and optimising marketing campaigns to generate, capture and convert demand for our software. The role works broadly across customer and partner channels and stages and involves managing campaigns, developing collateral such as landing pages and nurture sequences, creating and maintaining marketing reports, lists and forms, building relationships, and delivering content to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with the aim of increasing brand awareness, pipeline volume and sales velocity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise paid media accounts across Google, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Develop HubSpot email campaigns, nurture sequences, and workflows in support of prospect and customer journeys, campaigns and events.
- Create landing pages for campaigns and events in HubSpot
- Optimise messaging, delivery and budget of campaigns and collateral
- Collaborate with stakeholders, content and design team members to develop and coordinate effective content, events, video and webinars
- Build relationships on social channels with ICPs to develop and distribute content, and capture and convert demand.
- Build relationships with partners to develop and distribute content and organise events.
- Build relationships with partners to develop and distribute content for SEO
- Research new content, channels and audiences to improve paid search, SEO and social campaigns.
- Create and maintain customer and partner lists, forms and workflows within our HubSpot CRM
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign, traffic and pipeline performance
- Maintain healthy website SEO (including backlink profile)
- Build strong professional relationships across the Marketing and Sales & Channel teams
- Develop best practices to prioritize high volume inbound interest and appropriate follow up

Qualifications
Your Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 3-4years of experience in digital marketing and/or some sales
- Proficiency in working across digital channels and funnel stages (e.g., email nurture sequences and campaigns, paid media, social)
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (e.g., creating and maintaining lists, reports, email sequences, workflows and forms)
- Proficiency in building and managing paid campaigns (social, Google Ads, email)
- Proficiency in digital tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, tag manager, UTM tags, tracking pixels)
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimise performance and determine future investments.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, an open and collaborative style, and comfort working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, have a ‘get it done' approach and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Empathy for our team, customers and partners
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
Preferred
- SEO knowledge
- Previous sales or account management experience
- Experience in marketing B2B SaaS products and/or working in a start-up environment
- Have started something on their own (even if the project failed)
