<p><strong><span>About the job</span></strong><span> <br/><strong>Purpose</strong> <br/>Inspiring Innovation is a core value at ADP. The Country Solution Architect contributes to this commitment by possessing a high level of payroll & technical knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to our clients. <br/><br/><strong>Function</strong> <br/>The Country Solution Architect (CSA) is responsible for product development and maintenance for a portfolio of one or more countries in Europe. He is expected to manage priorities and work independently. <br/>Responsibility is focused on the activities related to technical analysis and design, ABAP debugging, configuration, and testing. The role requires significant technical expertise of SAP payroll; ABAP programming is a plus. <br/>The role uses defined processes to make enhancements and corrections to functionality, based on submitted issues and approved business requirements. <br/>Reporting to the Manager Software Engineering, the role interacts with a variety of organizational levels in Product and in Implementation, Service, and Support, but primarily, interaction is with peers in the Country Solution Manager role.<br/><br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>To provide technical analysis and design of technical solutions for identified problems and approved enhancements for a portfolio of Europe assigned countries</span></li>
<li><span>To adhere to standards for process and methodology, analysis and design, configuration and testing, as well as documentation in all work activities performed</span></li>
<li><span>To collaborate with Country Solution Manager. to ensure that functionality is optimized between being feature-rich, easily implemented and maintained, highly usable and intuitive, and meets committed timelines, while remaining compliant with local regulations and best practices</span></li>

<p><span><br/><strong>Skills and Relevant Work Experience:</strong> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>SAP technical expertise in analysis and design as well as configuration and testing for payroll functionality for one or more countries</span></li>
<li><span>Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (the addition of other languages necessary for the support of some countries)</span></li>
<li><span>Appreciation of cultural nuances differences and their impact on effective communication</span></li>
<li><span>Proven ability to manage own work effectively with little or no direction</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to adapt to evolving processes, tools, and team structure</span></li>
<li><span>Learning agility</span></li>
<li><span>Attention to detail and methodical.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to work somewhat flexible hours to accommodate various time zones. </span></li>
<li><span>ABAP debugging</span></li>
<li><span>ABAP programming is a plus </span></li>
