Landscape Construction Project Manager
Summary
The Project Manager supports the delivery of commercial landscape construction projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and administration from award through closeout. This role works closely with project managers, estimators, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines, budget goals, and quality standards.
Essential Function

Conduct scope reviews of awarded projects to confirm quantities, materials, and specifications.

Finalize submittals, ensuring all documents meet contract requirements before submission.

Conduct pre-construction meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Assist with backlog updates and maintain accurate pipeline and project tracking.

Support estimating by preparing takeoffs, soliciting subcontractor/vendor quotes, and developing preliminary budgets as needed.

Prepare and process change orders, including pricing, documentation, and schedule updates.

Assist in managing estimators and maintaining the estimating board, ensuring bid deadlines are met.

Attend GC networking events, pre-bid meetings, and outreach opportunities to build relationships and identify new work.

Coordinate with field teams on schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.

Perform site visits to monitor progress, verify installation quality, and assist with punch lists.

Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.

Review project budgets, track job costs, and assist with monthly billing and subcontractor invoicing.
Qualifications Required
-5+ years of landscape construction management experience, as a Superintendent or Project Manager
-Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
-Valid Driver's License
-Must have green industry experience, and experience working at a landscaping contractor/firm before
-Commercial landscape construction experience is preferred
-ProCore/Autodesk experience is a plus!
