Responsibilities

• Help rollout EDI integrations across HALO trading partners
• Serve as an integration subject matter expert
• Manage the process to integrate customers onto HALO EDI integration platform; includes application configurations and communication setups
• Help drive support issues to resolution
• Help drive process improvements to mature HALO's integration processes
• Collaborate with internal business teammates and customer teams to ensure designs and deliverables meet the documented requirements
• Advocate for the needs of HALO trading partners
• Train and assist internal teammates

Requirements

  

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi
• Solid understanding of integration standards and data mapping (such as EDI X12 and XML)
• 5+ years of work experience coordinating and configuring integration activities
• 5+ years of experience and advance working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Understanding networks and system architecture (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, and web services)
• Having experience with integrating across multiple ERP applications simultaneously and with canonical format files methodologies that support multiple environments
• Knows when to escalate when timelines are at-risk
• Error Handling Expert - Knows how to manage errors within a process and can make recommendations to resolve reoccurring errors
• Complies with security and compliance requirements (PCI and PII)
• Creates detailed procedures and documentation
• Possess a continuous improvement mentality
• Embraces established documentation standards, procedures and guidelines
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Being resilient and persistent are great qualities for this role
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to provide training and support
• Ability to work effectively as a team and independently in a process-based environment

Bonus Qualifications and Experience

  

• Experience developing RPA processes with UiPath
• Experience with designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots within UiPath
• Has created and document detailed designs, including process workflows, and flow diagrams; 
• OR has a desire to also learn developing within UiPath

Compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to HALO at the time of the posting and does not include any potential benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The estimated base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $130,000 USD.
