Overview

Capital Vacations is hiring high-energy, results-driven Legacy Roadshow Sales Agents to engage with Legacy Owners and convert interactions into booked sales opportunities. This is a fast-paced, performance-based role ideal for strong closers who enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell Roadshow offers via phone, email, and text

• Meet/exceed sales goals (packages & conversion rates)

• Qualify customers and communicate offer details clearly

• Overcome objections and close sales on the spot

• Accurately complete booking details and follow compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Sales experience (retail, direct sales, hospitality, or events)

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Reliable and professional

• Must be 18 years of age and pass a background check

Schedule

• Day: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

• Night: 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM

• One Saturday/month required
