Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for a Project Accountant in our office in Denver!
The Project Accountant is a key member of the Ware Malcomb accounting team and is responsible for assisting our regional offices with specialized, efficient accounting support. With the support of the Accounting Assistant team, the Project Accountant will analyze a regional office’s projects from beginning to end and will work closely with the project teams and clients to process accurate contracts, budget reports, and billing.

Project Accountant Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience working in Project Accounting within construction, architecture or other related industry
- Experience with full cycle Project Accounting, including contracts, billing, and accounts receivable
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Deltek Vision software a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, written and verbal, are essential
- Well-organized and thorough are essential traits of the individual
