Your role in our mission

• Responsible for defining scope and objectives, implementing, and managing a set of diverse digital mailroom operations.
• Responsible on ducting project meetings, overseeing vendor activities and the offsite mail processing operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, Service Level Agreements, and contractual obligations.
• Responsible for reviewing project deliverables and providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Coordinate and implement client requests and service improvements, working closely with other cross functional teams, such as IT and Client Engagement.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports to present to upper management, using business intelligence platforms and tools.

• Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions
• Support Gainwell’s growth as you prepare detailed SOW and assist with new proposal efforts and business development

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology and vendor management.
• Proven track record of managing complex and large-scale projects, delivering high-quality and cost-effective services, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing outsourced or offshore operations and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in digital mailroom and optical character recognition tools and processes.
• Proficiency in business intelligence platforms and tools, such as SQL and Tableau.
• Strong technical, analytical and customer service skills with the ability to manage a remote workforce.

The pay range for this position is $86,800 - $124,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
