Strategic Account Lead - Data Center - OEM

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a remote based Strategic Account Lead - Data Center OEM. The individual is responsible for building and managing key relationships that support growth in the data center space. This role is part of the Access Control and Identity Management team and combines elements of sales, product strategy, and partner development to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and drive results. You will work closely with OEMs and other industry partners to develop joint initiatives, support product planning, and expand market reach. 

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $130,000 - $160,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus, an Annual Bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and refine the Data Center Vertical development strategy, including identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies, organizations, or individuals to expand the company's reach and capabilities
• Lead efforts to drive sales and revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling to existing customers, and expanding into new markets
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape offerings that align with market needs and partner capabilities.
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans with partners, including joint messaging, sales enablement, and demand generation.

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• 50% travel
