BiggerPockets is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our thriving team! We are building a world class platform that combines community, tools and content into a single one-stop shop for aspiring and experienced real estate investors all over the world, powering their ability to build wealth and scale their portfolios. This Sr. Product Manager will lead our memberships team and be responsible for driving the vision and product roadmap necessary to generate incredible amounts of value to our members and grow our subscriber base. Examples of problems to solve include:
- How can we help our members with finding and analyzing the right potential deals for them?
- How can we create more personalized product experiences for our members and provide them the right content and tools at the right time?
- How can we make our dashboard exceedling engaging, insightful and delightful?
- How can we help our members find and connect with the right other members of our vast community?
- And many more!
This Sr. Product Manager will work alongside our GM of Memberships, VP of Marketing and other senior leaders of the organization to align our product roadmap with company strategy for turbocharging the growth of our membership business.
You Will
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision and communication as you work cross functionally to develop product proposals and plans that drive customer value and create exciting business growth opportunities.
- Partner with an Engineering Manager, Product Designer and Product Marketing Manager to form a world class agile delivery team supported by a full team of software engineers.
- Develop, manage and evangelize a robust product roadmap, supported by validated problems and clear cost/benefit analysis
- Work with, listen to and develop systems for understanding our customers, their pain points and identify compelling jobs to be done through those discovery efforts.
- Implement exceptional data tracking to enable robust measurements of success that power date-driven decision making along every step of the product life cycle
You Have
- 5+ years of experience as a software product manager over revenue generating products
- Proven experience discovering problems, developing solutions and delivering products that generate measurable value
- A strong desire and empathy for discovering customer problems with a proven discovery system for validating them
- Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools
- Experience with common software tools used in product management such as GA4, Excel, Amplitude, Jira, Figma, Notion, etc..
- Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Preferred - Experience with real estate investing, either as an investor or with companies that serve investors.
- Preferred - Experience with data science and products that utilize predictive data models (ML)
- Preferred - Experience working for community building tools or social media platforms
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or four to eight years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation
- $150,000 - $195,000 base salary (based on experience)
- 10% yearly bonus potential
