We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel to join our multicultural and dynamic team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing our web applications, collaborating with different teams across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, problem-solving oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Leverage advanced Laravel libraries like Carbon, Livewire, Filament, and Passport to enhance the development process.
Work with ReactJS (legacy systems) as we gradually migrate to newer technologies.
Collaborate in daily standups (conducted in English) with a diverse team of Spanish-speaking members and stakeholders.
Deploy containerized applications using Docker.
Potentially contribute to AWS infrastructure management.
Networking knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

English proficiency (B2/C1).
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Advanced proficiency in PHP and Laravel, including extensive knowledge of Laravel-specific libraries.
Experience with ReactJS.
Familiarity with Docker for containerization.
Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Networking experience is beneficial.
