Schedule: Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

As a Chaplain, you’ll provide spiritual care and emotional support to residents, families, and staff, fostering a sense of peace and purpose in our community. As a Chaplain, you will:
- Provide Spiritual Care – Offer one-on-one pastoral support, grief counseling, and companionship to residents, families, and staff while respecting diverse faith backgrounds.
- Support End-of-Life Care – Participate in the Passages and Dignity Quilt Programs, meet with families, and lead memorial services to honor residents.
- Foster Community Connection – Facilitate chaplaincy programs, respond to crisis needs, and work collaboratively with staff and community partners to enhance spiritual well-being.
- Lead Worship and Educational Services – Organize and officiate chapel services, coordinate music and guest speakers, and develop meaningful spiritual enrichment gatherings.
- Collaborate with Care Teams – Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, volunteers, and external faith groups to ensure holistic support for residents.

This job also requires:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters of Divinity or equivalent preferred.
- Three years parish or pastoral care experience in healthcare setting.
- Ecclesiastical endorsement for specialized ministry and four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and families.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to pass state mandated background check.
