About the role

 

  • We are hiring immediately for a full time PM SUPERVISOR (EVENT SERVICES) position.
  • Location: Microsoft - 1 Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: 2 years of previous supervisory experience is preferred.
    • Position will supervise team of 15-20 associates and identify skills + areas of improvement.
    • Monitor work flow to ensure orders are completed by end of day. 
    • Repeated lifting of 50 lbs. 
    • Monitor training of new hires. 
    • Implement Room Sets and Security Protocols.
    • Profience in Outlook, Teams, Excel programs for reporting.

Job Summary

Summary:   Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
  • Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
  • Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
  • May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Run a team of 15-20 people
    • Assign daily duties.
    • Know abilities and skills of each person
    • Monitor workflow, all orders need to be completed by EOD.
    • Monitor Training of new techs.
  • Know and manage room sets.
  • Know Security protocols.
  • Communicating with Internal staff and outside vendors.
  • Daily reports.
  • Skills needed:
    • Computer – Outlook, Teams, Excel
    • Able to repeatably lift 50 lbs.
    • Communication
    • Multitasking
