Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse Regional Support Tier III to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP of Workforce Management and is responsible for providing direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family.

• Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
• Manage cases of all assigned patient clinical records
• Function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census, or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. The temporary assignment would typically last 13-26 weeks in any Gentiva hospice branch through the United States where State Licensure and Nursing Compact Licensure will allow. Significant overnight travel will be required. 

About You

• Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
• Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) Licensure
• A minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN, either in acute care hospital, oncology, long-term care, hospice or home health. School internships and clinical hours may be considered as experience in individual cases.
