The Job:  

As a Sr. Finance Manager, Strategic Sourcing, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain Operational Finance Strategic Sourcing team working as a hybrid employee.    You’ll get to:   

• Responsible for leading market data gathering and analytics for over $9B of spend.  This position supports the entire Sourcing Leadership Team, works directly with the SBD Chief Procurement Officer, and leads our financial processes. 
• Manage & implement macro-economic market studies, standard monthly cost reduction and cash flow KPI analyses, overall Sourcing Budget Performance Reporting, and our data automation journey.
• Develop annual operating plan focused on cost reduction possibilities and macro-economic variables.
• Create standard reporting processes, business reviews & rhythms, and consistent performance expectations.
• Establish challenging, yet achievable financial goals related to cost reduction (year-over-year).
• Develop working capital improvement target areas.
• Improve comprehensive financial modeling tools to facilitate sourcing decisions with cash flow analytics.
• Identify adequate financial variance explanations along with credible corrective action plans.
• Manage cost reduction database and operating parameters for entire Sourcing Organization.
• Develop & implement adequate department budget performance reporting on a global scale.
• Implement technical solutions for data-mining, process efficiencies and streamlined reporting.
• Support and/or lead senior leadership report outs, and other ad-hoc initiatives/responsibilities.
• Continuously recruit and develop top finance talent, embrace diverse backgrounds and incorporate new ideas.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 10+ plus years of prior related experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with reporting from a large ERP system.
