The Senior Repairs Materials Planning & Execution Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing the master schedule for all Capital Parts Customer Repair jobs for the Greenville manufacturing site. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to work cross-functionally with materials planning, engineering, and project teams to solve problems, execute customer deliverables, and drive improvements to scheduling tools and processes.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage master planning, repair standards, and system accuracy to ensure alignment with demand changes & customer fulfillment.
- Establish and maintain KPI's to monitor delivery trends & schedule adherence and develop clear priorities and recovery plans to meet customer expectations and maximize the business impact.
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Track Repair jobs backlog inventory, level loading the cells while supporting customer needs
- Partner with repair cells to monitor capacity and LT’s and incorporate into repair job planning for driving early identification of schedule risk
- Drive strong communication and team awareness of critical customer milestones and delivery requirements
- Facilitate site production meetings
- Work closely with cross-functional organizations to develop scheduling and delivery standards for complex projects and work scopes.
- Provide materials leadership in the change control process and provide mentorship for the materials team members including Material Resource Planners and Production Control Leaders.
- Act as a point of contact for coordination of efforts related to repair job plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years of experience in working in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 additional years of materials experience

The base pay range for this position is $103,100.00 - 137,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
