Based in NYC, you will serve as the local marketing lead, partnering closely with regional business leaders and the business development team to elevate our brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth—while aligning with national strategies and guidelines.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the AEC, real estate, or professional services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of regional marketing and sales enablement best practices.
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Highly collaborative, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with autonomy.
  • Familiarity with the New York market and local industry networks is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with business goals and the company’s national marketing priorities.
  • Act as the marketing point-person for the Northeast region—advising leadership on positioning, messaging, and visibility opportunities.
  • Lead and collaborate in the building of marketing plans to support growth in priority service lines.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Plan and deliver targeted regional campaigns (digital, events, email, and content-driven) to support lead generation and client engagement.
  • Coordinate with central teams to adapt national materials and content for local relevance.

Events & Thought Leadership

  • Identify and manage local sponsorships, conferences, speaking opportunities, and client events.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and promote local thought leadership (articles, webinars, white papers, etc.).

Operations & Sales Enablement

  • Report out on the efficacy of executed marketing plans and propose improvements to plans as needed.
  • Track local marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven decisions.
  • Ensure CRM, event tracking, and analytics tools are leveraged effectively.
  • Equip business leaders and BD teams with tools, decks, messaging, and templates.

Internal Communications & Culture

  • Support internal initiatives that promote employee engagement, brand culture, and business unit alignment.
  • Coordinate with central communications to roll out key messages, newsletters, and internal campaigns locally.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all regional marketing touchpoints.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, coaching local teams on best practices.
