Our team is always on the lookout for skilled A&P Mechanics to join our team. We have a future need for A & P Mechanics at the service facilities listed below:

-       Newburgh, NY

-       Sacramento, CA

This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus (Terms & Conditions apply).

What you will be doing as an A&P Mechanic (Various Shifts and Locations):

In this role, you can expect to perform licensed A&P Mechanic work, including repairs, maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and troubleshooting, on Textron Aviation aircraft at various outlying service facilities. Join us to ensure the highest standards of aircraft performance and safety.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Aircraft Diagnostics & Repairs: Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble various aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery
  • Component Maintenance: Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as carburetors, fuel control units, and hydraulic pumps
  • Inspection & Modification: Perform 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections, and modify aircraft systems and structures
  • Functional Checks: Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, and preventive maintenance, including rigging and synchronizing throttles
  • Technical Reporting: Maintain clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification documents
  • Tool Utilization: Use tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, and various hand tools to repair and modify systems or assemblies
