We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the </span><span>Logistics</span><span> team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Now we are looking for a colleague to join our </span></span><b><span>Africa team</span></b><span><span> covering the Financial Control activities for </span></span><b><span>Supply processes.</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><h1><b><span>About the Role</span></b><span> </span></h1><ul><li><p>Take full responsibility for the day to day management of the respective Profit and Loss &amp; Balance sheet area from accounting, reporting and controlling perspective in a non-standard COGS environment</p></li><li><p><b>Decision support for business partners </b>through value add analysis, thorough understanding of movements on accounts, the business reason behind those, and collection and presentation of Risk &amp; Opportunities</p></li><li><p><b>Planning </b>– Full coordination with markets, sense check and validate the bottom up results to the top down expectation</p></li><li><p>Prepare quality reconciliations through deep understanding of the figures supported, reported</p></li><li><p>Continuously monitor the respective P&amp;L and/or BS accounts for any inconsistencies</p></li><li><p>Prepare and post accruals to ensure the month-end results show the clear and fair picture</p></li><li><p>To contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process. Simplify and standardize processes across Region end-to-end.</p></li><li><p>Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes in a non-standard COGS environment</p></li><li><p>Coordination of the month-end closure, yearly planning processes for the respective area</p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><h1><b><span>About You</span></b><span> </span></h1><ul><li><p><span><span>University or College degree in Finance and Accountancy / Economics / Business</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>2-4 years of experience in Finance / Financial Controlling</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent Business English knowledge</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong MS Excel skills</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Good communication and business
