About the role
- Supporting the processing of technical service requests in day-to-day operations
- Performing basic tests on transceivers and network components
- Documenting technical procedures and maintaining internal knowledge databases
- Close collaboration with the support team in developing solutions and conducting fault analysis
- Active participation in small projects related to network diagnostics and quality assurance
- Enrolled in a technical degree programme (e.g. Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering)
- Interest in networking, IT systems, and technical customer support
- Initial experience with network hardware is beneficial but not mandatory
- Independent and meticulous working style, along with a willingness to collaborate in a team
- Good German and English language skills (B2 level)
