How You Will Contribute
Property Manager/Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining all properties owned or leased by company in order to ensure the health and safety of clients and the functionality of the property. Property Manager/Maintenance Technician will be acting project manager of any construction or renovation and will supervise any work performed by contractors. Must be flexible to work at our Bucks County Locations as well as the Warminster PA location.
Relationships and Contacts
Within the organization: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with peers and accounting team members throughout STR Silver Pines and affiliated facilities.
Outside the organization: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with third party vendors, as necessary.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure that there are no safety hazards on STR property by fixing or arranging solution of dangerous situations
- Regularly inspect and maintain electrical, water, plumbing, HVAC, emergency lighting and fire safety systems and any accommodations needed to occupy a property.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily task and necessary log records
- Responsible for walking through the facility and grounds on a regular basis to determine what areas need attention in order to maintain a fully functional, safe and neat physical site.
- Organize and document inventory of tools and supplies
- Regular maintenance, painting, organizing and landscaping. Including but not limited to:
- Vent cleaning
- Touch up paint
- Cleaning trash cans and cigarette receptacles
- Snow removal
- Steam cleaning carpets and furniture
- Ensure physical site compliance with zoning officials, township code, Fire Marshall, DDAP, Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Reads, understands, and adheres to all company policy statements on ethics, conduct, and conflict of interests; adheres to facility policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Can be relied upon to be at work as scheduled and is rarely absent from work, notifying the supervisor if absent
3. Maintains positive attitude and acts as a team player with others on the team.
4. Attends and completes all trainings within assigned time frames as required by the facility.
5. Performs other activities as requested, assumes other appropriate operational responsibilities as necessary.
