Materials Planner -Warehouse

Operations AnalystLocation: 400 Oracle Parkway. Redwood City, CA 94065Hours: 8am – 5pm pst.Note: This is an essential role and will report to the Oracle M&D office daily. This position does not offer teleworker or remote/working from home options.

DepartmentOracle Manufacturing and Distribution (M&D) is responsible for distribution of employee laptops and network hardware, electronic and physical software distribution, and marketing material to Oracle’s internal and external customers worldwide. M&D's mission is to continually deliver high-quality products, services, and interactions, on time, to our customers.The RoleThe Operational analyst will be responsible for supporting the team in planning and processing hardware and software requests, as well as several internal projects. This includes processing employee laptop and returns requests, which involve laptop configurations, testing, refurbishing, and performing QA for accuracy. Process electronic and media software requests. The role also entails assisting in the creation and maintenance of marketing artwork and the internal website. Familiarity with building and publishing web pages, photo editing capabilities, and attention to detail for design and layout creation.

The analyst will provide data analysis, daily status reports to management, and troubleshoot basic issues independently and report issues to management. Manage and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and send them to management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand current operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Reviewing, auditing, and updating processes and knowledge-based instructions to ensure efficiency and meet business requirements. Identifying areas for process improvement and cost savings and collaborating with associates and management to enhance efficiency and productivity. The analyst will create and maintain a KPI framework, including ongoing measurement graphs and slides. Assist the team with various projects as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
•    BA/BS degree
•    Excellent computer and technical skills; quick to learn new tools applicable to the role. 
•    Knowledge of Windows and MacBook Imaging
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus. 
•    Ability to lift, drive M&D vehicles, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrate critical thinking and process improvement skills.
•    Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.

Work Requirements

•    The hours are subject to change as per the business requirements, project availability and management decision
•    Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals. Ability to lift, drive M&D
     vehicles, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. 
•    Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time.
•    Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power 
      tools, and other computer components.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.57 to $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
