Casino Barback-Part-Time(Bettendorf)

Responsible for basic prep and stock work for bar and beverage areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation.
• Assists bartenders during as needed.
• Keep records of inventory transfers.
• All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Previous bar experience a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, twist and lift up to 30lbs.
• Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
