What you'll do...

The AI Security team supports the successful development, deployment and adoption of AI by associates and customers. As the leader of the AI Security team you will interface with the business and peers to ensure the safe and secure development of AI offerings. Your role will develop the AI security strategy, and drive execution to protect the companies interests.

What you'll do:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI security.

- Build and lead a team of responsible engineers for the design, deployment, and management of AI security solutions.

- Drive continuous innovation in security offerings.

- Foster a culture based on collaboration.

What you'll bring:

A proven track record in building and leading large, cross-functional, high performing teams. A deep understanding of the industry and technology under your purview. 

Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, especially when you may not have direct authority.
