Seeking a highly motivated Cloud Cybersecurity Senior Analyst to join our Configuration Compliance team within the Security Configuration Management organization.

This role will focus on supporting and enhancing our Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating security tools that assess configuration compliance, developing and managing compliance rules aligned with industry frameworks and internal security policies, and driving remediation efforts across the organization.

Key responsibilities include operating security tools, creating and tuning compliance rules, reporting compliance status to application teams and senior leadership, tracking remediation progress, and enabling auto-remediation capabilities where applicable.

This position also requires providing clear, actionable guidance to application teams addressing non-compliance issues.

The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Risk, Platform, and other Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment with broader enterprise compliance and risk management strategies. Strong communication, technical, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

• Operate and maintain cloud security tools used for configuration compliance scanning and auto-remediation.

• Develop, write, and manage CSPM configuration compliance rules based on industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST) and internal security requirements.

• Monitor compliance across cloud platforms and report status to application teams and executive leadership.

• Track and drive remediation efforts for non-compliant findings across multiple cloud environments.

• Provide technical guidance and support to application and platform teams in addressing compliance gaps.

• Continuously improve rule accuracy and reduce false positives through testing, feedback, and collaboration.

• Align CSPM activities with broader enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.

• Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Risk, Cybersecurity, and Platform teams to ensure consistency in policy enforcement.

• Participate in security tool upgrades, onboarding, and tuning to enhance coverage and effectiveness.

• Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and knowledge sharing to support team maturity and cross-functional understanding.

• Analyze trends and generate insights from compliance data to inform strategic decisions.
