We are looking for an Entrepreneurial Analytics Wizard 🧑‍✈️ to lead our Platform Analytics Department!

As team lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of creator talent & quality on the SongPush platform by developing a scalable process for analyzing, categorizing & optimizing all creator assets on the SongPush supply side.

Your Responsibilities 💪🏼

1. Goals & KPI’s

• Creator Metrics: Establishing and monitoring key creator & platform metrics to track the performance and quality of creators & content on the platform

• Regular Reporting: Optimization of reporting structure on content & creative quality, identifying trends and areas needing improvement

2. Creator & Quality Operations

Designing & implementing an automated creator review process by mastering:

• “mosaiq”: Understanding & optimizing all creator categorization rules & metrics

• Creator Video Review: Reviewing incoming creator videos via our internal admin app

• Creator Rating: Use all admin features to rate every cooperation & every creator to ensure the highest quality standard possible and filter those with malicious intentions, such as spreading hate speech or generating fake views

3. Optimizing Creator & Platform Metrics

• Create Quality Guidelines: Develop & optimize comprehensive metrics & quality guidelines for creators and their content to ensure a high standard across the platform

• Regular Audits: Conduct regular quality audits of the content on the platform to ensure compliance with established metrics & guidelines

• Review Workflow Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the creator video review process to increase efficiency and accuracy

4. Business Development & Cross Department Collaboration

• Product: Share constant product ideas, input & feedback in all relevant platform areas (e.g. creator onboarding flow, new admin features etc.)

• Campaigns: Align with campaign team on campaign metrics (e.g. briefing fulfillment)

• Creator: Constant feedback to the creator department to improve creator quality & retention based on platform analytics learnings

• Business Analytics: Align with Business Analytics to visualize key metrics

• Creator Feedback: Establish strong communication flow with creators to assist them in meeting quality standards and gather product feedback

5. Team Management

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the platform & quality team to ensure high performance and engagement

• Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources effectively to meet platform analytics goals & KPI

Required Job Experiences/Background

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong background in data analysis and the creation of dashboards to track performance metrics. (Required)

• Team Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team (Required)

• Industry Experience: Deep knowledge & enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising industry. (Preferred)

• Content Review Operations: Hands-on experience with content review, creator operations and quality standards (Preferred)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement (Required)

• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of content & creator quality (Required)
