Are you passionate about organization, coordination, and making a real impact? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Associate Training Services Coordinator to join our team in Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) Commercial Training. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Global Commercial Training Director and their teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across our global and cross-functional teams.
As an Associate Training Services Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our growing training department, involved in all aspects of our training programs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining strong lines of communication and ensuring the success of our training initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and have an immediate impact on ACM's continued success.
This position is based in Boulder, CO. Domestic travel approximately 10%.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
- Prepare training materials and course content for US virtual and live training events.
- Set up and management of US virtual and live new hire training series.
- Continuously support Training managers by revising lesson plans to meet new training requirements and keep technical information up to date.
- Support the Training leaders and managers in all aspects of sales training programs.
- Attend and support US Sales Training Team meetings and US National Training Meetings.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of US training rooms, ensuring they are equipped with necessary materials and equipment.
- Order and maintain inventories of supplies, equipment, and consumables for US Training Team.
- Coordinate US Training team catering needs for training sessions and special event meals.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Global Commercial Training and its training programs.
- Oversee the management of Allego and other platform licenses, as well as handling related administrative tasks.
- Manage and coordinate the transportation logistics for off-site equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery and retrieval.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for organizing and managing training-related activities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and streamline tasks.
- Experience in organizing/running large group calls, ensuring smooth, effective communication.
- Ability to adapt to changing training requirements and update course content accordingly.
- Knowledge of training program development and implementation of best practices.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies for training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training objectives.
- Experience with Allego or similar training management platforms.
- Flexibility to assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
