Job Purpose and Impact
The Sr. Sales Coordinator will support sales process execution with new and existing customers to enable sales teams to execute our commercial strategy. In this role, you will apply project management skills, comprehensive and thorough knowledge of sales processes, and systems expertise to facilitate the customer relationships for medium to large accounts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the commercial organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Enable assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to, samples, new account set-up, pricing requests, customer agreements and ad hoc support.
- Act as a subject matter authority in all sales systems and processes and solve routine problems to ensure we deliver on customer requirements.
- Support the sales operations leader by independently managing basic projects to improve systems and processes, write process documents, and manage communications to the sales team.
- Support the sales manager on routine operational activities and develop strong customer relationships at various levels within the customer's organization.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales processes are successfully completed accurately.
- Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in our systems and administration tools.
- Create customized reports for customers and track customer requests for defined business or areas as needed.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Experience with CRM system(s)
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in similar or related roles with a complex customer base
- Project management skills
Position Information
- Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
- This position is preferably located in Wayzata, MN; and open to work from Wichita, KS or St. Clair, MI.
