Storable is seeking a high performing Director of Finance with an exceptional track record of success.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance partner seeking a high-profile finance role that will scale as the company experiences its next phase of growth.  

You will lead a team of analysts and work closely with leadership in providing strategic financial insight that will enable success and drive growth within the broader business.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Business Partner to the CFO and Management Team

•       Proactively collaborate with cross-functional leaders to elevate the quality of enterprise-wide decision making across functional areas through improved transparency, reporting, and partnership
•       Develop and leverage dashboards, business reviews, and forecasts to improve performance
•       Build strong business relationships with functional leaders; views the success of the finance team as being tied directly to the success of the teams they support
•       Demonstrate successful integration of acquisitions (systems, processes, and people) into the operational business and financial reporting structure
•       Lead, coach and scale a finance team of more than 2 direct reports
•       Provide insight to the business & advancing driver-based finance methodology
•       Operate both strategically and tactically to solve problems, improve processes, and guide the focuses of the finance organization
•       Come to the table with a small ego and a desire to win as a team. Demonstrate willingness to roll up sleeves to solve problems collaboratively
•       Balance your strategic mindset and bias for action with the ability to create a clear vision of the future of both the team and the business wholistically

Skills Required:

 Finance Experience at a Private Equity-Backed SaaS Company

•       Experience as Senior Manager/Director of Finance in a technology enabled business backed by private equity; experience in SaaS or marketplace strongly preferred
•       Experience in a fast-paced, double-digit revenue growth environment, growing both organically and through acquisition
•       Experience with software revenue models, and solid understanding of software and services revenue recognition rules

Metrics-Driven Finance Leader

•       History of implementing or optimizing Finance processes, procedures, and infrastructure to enable scale and support growth
•       Experience developing regular and accurate forecasts to monitor financial progress against budget and assess EBITDA impact of incremental investments above budget levels
•       History of identifying economic levers and key metrics of the business to track performance and drive strategic decision making
•       Experience developing, tracking, and executing M&A synergy models
•       Experience streamlining data flow and automating the analysis process as needed; leverage planning databases with advanced skills (Adaptive and NetSuite experience required;  SQL, Power Query and VBA a plus)
