The vision for the future is to keep and expand our market-leading position in new markets and to continue to spearhead development and market introduction of modern technologies.</p><p></p><p>My name is <b>Mantas Krakys</b> and I am leading <b>ACE Development </b><b>Lithuania</b> team, as part of Global ACE Product Unit and I am looking for experienced Back-end developer who will contribute to ACE platform development to evolve suite with new and enhanced functionality to maintain market-leading position in industry</p><p></p><p><b>As a Software Engineer (GO), you'll...</b></p><p>Join an international scrum team, responsible for <b>Telia ACE conversational solutions (virtual agents, chatbots, API adapters, integration with other ACE products, multimedia routing).</b> You will play key role in the team to modernize ACE products with new technology trends in the market, contribute to new ACE unified framework to increase user experience and self-service capabilities.</p><p></p><p>You will design and implement <b>RESTful APIs</b> in collaboration with the Frontend, manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud environment on Kubernetes clusters, initiate technical improvements on the platform, <b>adapt Google AI services</b> by integrating them with ACE platform.</p><p></p><p>Be ready to get your hands on the latest technologies and work with our tech stack: <b>Go</b> with <b>Rust </b>in near horizon, <b>Kubernetes</b>, Postgres, Redis, Github Actions, Grafana, Open AI, gRPC, RabitMQ</p><p></p><p><b>Who we're looking for</b></p><p>A software engineer with a good technology foundation in <b>back-end development</b>, eager to leverage self-learning skills to grow and enhance their expertise. Comfortable with engaging in technical and non-technical discussions, asking for help or second opinion and providing constructive feedback. A true team player, who thrives on collaboration and is ready to join forces with your team to contribute to a shared vision.</p><p></p><p>Someone with proven <b>experience and knowledge of the best practices in designing, developing and deploying services in a</b> <b>cloud</b> <b>environment</b>. Willingness to learn new language – <b>Rust</b> in the future.</p><p></p><p>Experience in managing the <b>full production lifecycle (</b>Architectural design, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring) as well as <b>Agile</b> ways of working is also needed.
