About the role

We are expanding our team and hiring an Administrative Business Partner to support Asana’s CEO, Dustin Moskovitz.

We operate under a hybrid model, where ABPs within a functional org report to the admin operations team manager for that function accountable both to our leaders and to one another. This model supports career development by creating an environment that nurtures the continuous evolution of our experience and skills through centralized enablement, mentorship and professional development for all ABPs. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Strategic calendar management with strong attention to accuracy & detail
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings 
  • Handle inquiries quickly, proactively, and follow through on tasks to successful completion
  • Support your leader(s) in maintaining relationships with key people to ensure continuity in communications and to surface and pursue opportunities for collaboration 
  • Embody the culture, values, and goals of your leaders when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects as needed 
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help refine processes or develop new ones
  • Collaborate with other members of the admin team to provide seamless support for all Asanas

About you

  • 6+ years of leadership support (Director, VP, C Suite) or similar experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Understand the highly flexible nature of support work and are comfortable with being available in person and onsite 3-4 days per week
  • Can prioritize business needs and make trade-offs across all stakeholders
  • Have incredible attention to detail and commit to flawless execution of tasks
  • Ability to navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst ambiguity with equanimity
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new applications and tools
  • Aself-starter who can determine priorities and make trade-offs when needs change

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $156,000 - $198,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
