The SVP, Executive Creative Director (ECD) is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional multichannel creative strategy and production that meets and exceeds client needs. This position combines strategic vision with operational excellence, managing both internal talent and external creative resources to achieve the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
The ECD will serve as a key partner to the CTO, EVP Offline, EVP Online, and EVP Marketing Science to identify and implement innovative paths to creative scalability through technology, strategy, and process optimization.

The ECD is the architect of our creative engine—designing workflows that maximize talent potential, implementing quality controls that eliminate waste, and pioneering the integration of AI and automation to amplify human creativity rather than replace it.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multichannel creative strategies that align with client objectives and business goals across all touchpoints (digital, print, video, social, experiential)
- Ensure creative output maintains the highest standards of quality, innovation, and brand consistency while meeting client requirements and expectations
- Lead creative reviews and provide strategic directions to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time
- Champion creative excellence while balancing commercial realities and client budgets
Talent & Resource Management
- Manage and optimize the utilization of freelance and outsourced creative talent to maintain quality standards while adhering to budget parameters
- Build and maintain a network of high-quality creative partners, vendors, and freelancers across various disciplines
- Maximize talent utilization and billability through strategic resource planning and workflow optimization
- Develop internal creative talent through mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities
Operational Excellence
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to ruthlessly reduce errors, reworks, and revisions
- Implement systems and workflows to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet accuracy standards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including billability, accuracy rates, and timeliness metrics
- Manage creative budgets effectively, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional creative work
Innovation & Scalability
- Partner with the CTO to identify and implement technology solutions that unlock creative efficiency and scalability (including AI, automation, and workflow tools)
- Collaborate with EVP Offline, EVP Online, and EVP Marketing Science to develop integrated strategic approaches that enhance creative effectiveness and efficiency
- Explore and pilot new creative formats, use cases, and applications that leverage emerging technologies and platforms
- Stay ahead of industry trends in creative technology, AI-assisted design, automation, and marketing innovation
- Identify opportunities to standardize, templatize, and automate repeatable creative processes without sacrificing quality
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
Required
- 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within advertising agencies, market
