(Senior) Brand Designer - Marketing

Our strong maker culture is balanced by cross-functional teams and a focus on fast-paced cycles.</p><p></p><h1><strong>Your opportunity</strong></h1><p>You will work on how we tell our story in a visual way, together with marketeers and other designers you’ll create top-notch experiences for the Mollie brand. Your creations span across multiple channels and campaign types - including digital, events, and print. Together with the brand team you decide how the brand evolves. </p><p></p><h1><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Contribute to vision, strategic approach, and goals of the Brand Design team.</p></li><li><p>Shape and improve the Mollie Brand and how it is perceived.</p></li><li><p>Create and iterate top-notch visuals for our domains.</p></li><li><p>Together with other designers, copywriters, marketeers and other stakeholders work on creative concepts &amp; brand initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Be entrepreneurial and a role model to push the status quo at Mollie.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><strong>Some goals you can help us achieve</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Tell our story to make money management effortless for SME businesses.</p></li><li><p>Deliver great and beautiful designs that care about the details.</p></li><li><p>Make our future tangible and easy for everyone to believe in.</p></li><li><p>Support the commercial teams to achieve KPIs across the website, email, digital and other channels including conversion rate improvement, sign ups, and decreasing cost per lead through engaging content and design.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h1><p>First we don't believe that having x years of experience here or there is a benchmark for your potential performance.
