Our focus within the Systems Integration and Delivery (SI&D) practice is to provide innovative solutions that simplify complex technology landscapes and drive successful project outcomes. We are seeking a proactive IT Project Manager who thrives on the challenges of integrating cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that our clients not only adapt but excel in their digital transformations.

About the Role

The SI&D practice mission is to help our clients navigate the challenges of complex technical transformations and system implementations. This role therefore requires hands-on experience with the delivery of complex system changes, along with strong business acumen to identify and capture new opportunities. In this role you will:

• Client Collaboration: Be part of a client-facing team to contribute to the delivery of technical implementation projects, leading our clients towards desired outcomes and successful transformations.

• Engineering Partnership: Work with our engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.

• Platform Implementation: Blueprint and implement third-party platforms such as Murex, Adenza, and Finastra, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems on the client side.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their challenges and articulate how these challenges can be addressed within the budget, scope, and timeline for the project.

• Project Management Coordination: Apply technical project management skills to coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints.

• Quality Assurance Support: Support the establishment of delivery quality assurance processes and monitor performance to guarantee high standards in project execution.

• Business Development Contribution: Contribute to spotting and cultivating new business opportunities, contribute to strategic project proposals, and leverage your growing expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
