What you will do

• Join Movemint Health as a virtual physical therapist and be at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery. You’ll be providing Telehealth Physical Therapy to patients receiving care as part of our integrated care model.
In this role, you will:
• Offer outstanding clinical care to patients remotely.
• Provide virtual PT visits over synchronous video, including initial evaluations and follow-up visits as clinically appropriate.
• Design and execute tailored treatment programs to enhance, restore, or maintain patients' physical well-being. 
• Establish a personalized plan of care for patients and prescribe and monitor a home exercise program.
• Harness both traditional and innovative approaches to manage pain, boost physical functions, and counteract physical limitations.
• Engage with a diverse patient base catering to their unique needs and circumstances. 
• Work collaboratively as part of a rapidly growing remote startup culture.
• Communicate via chat to oversee patients on your caseload.
• Document clinically relevant patient information and care plans in Movemint Health EMR.

• Efficiently evaluating patient needs, formulating targeted treatment plans, and adjusting these based on progress.
• Employing virtual care tools enhances patient strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
• Delivering informative resources about injury prevention, home-based ergonomics, and overall physical health.
• Staying updated with the latest in physical therapy through consistent professional development and collaboration with team members.
• Expertly navigating various digital platforms to provide seamless care and maintain patient records.

About you

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in physical therapy.
• Hold an active state license in good standing; possessing multiple state licenses is a significant advantage.
• A track record of creating and executing effective treatment plans.
• Familiarity with a broad spectrum of patient demographics and conditions.
• Proficiency in Musculoskeletal Medicine (MSK medicine) and offering customized solutions.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.
• Doctoral degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Certifications in Schroth, Pelvic Floor, OCS, PCS, NGS, or WCS optional.
