We currently have seven openings for our Management Development Program in the Northeast United States.  We are looking for motivated individuals who have managerial experience and an interest in growing their career with a world class manufacturing company.  This 12-month program is intended to expand an individual’s knowledge and skills through a variety of general business, commercial, manufacturing and leadership experiences to develop future leaders for the company.

Base Pay Rate:

$100,700-$155,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.  Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Develop deep knowledge of the packaging business, manufacturing and commercial operations as well as support functions;
• Actively participate in developmental/rotational experiences related to general business, manufacturing, commercial management and leadership;
• Work closely with facility personnel to enhance existing processes and procedures in commercial and manufacturing areas;
