Full Stack Developer

This opportunity is full-time with BCC and it is on-site in Bethesda/Rockville, Maryland.</p> <h2><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Implement and supporting integration of NIH CIT Authentication System with NCBI IAM environment</li> <li>Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and monitoring for the NCBI login services</li> <li>Troubleshoot ongoing user issues and collaborate with partner agencies to debug and provide resolution</li> <li>Provide support for user account migration and resolve issues efficiently during account migration and consolidation</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements:</h2> <ul> <li>BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li> <li>Proficient with Python, C++, and SQL</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft SQL server and relational database design and optimization</li> <li>Knowledge of federated identity and web security concepts such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC</li> <li>Programming experience in a Linux environment</li> <li>Fluency in some scripting languages such as BASH</li> <li>Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Knowledge &amp; Experience in building JWT, SAML, OAuth, OIDC solutions.</li> <li>Experience integrating with 3rd party applications and knowledge of secured sharing of data</li> <li>Experience developing Django web applications and services</li> <li>Experience with front end frameworks such as ReactJS</li> <li>Knowledge of XML and XSLT</li> <li>Understanding of IT security standards</li> <li>Experience with agile development processes</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly, with good teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and work independently with minimal supervision</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits and Salary</h2> <p>We attract the best people in the business with our competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k plan with employer contribution, paid holidays, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.</p> <p>We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and location.&nbsp;If you enjoy being a part of a high-performing, professional service and
