About your future role

Before you start working in our Production Support and Quality Manager team you will go through well-structured education that will prepare you for your new role. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office.

We are a high skilled team, with a good sense of humor, working close together, located both in Denmark and Finland

Your key responsibilities in this role will be (3-5):

• Assist development teams in identifying and mitigating risks through the development lifecycle to ensure expected priority and quality is met
• Assist Task Forces in High priority incident resolution
• Documentation for achieved quality of deliveries
• Ensure Compliance with security standards (PCI, GDPR etc.)
• Participate in continuous improvement of Quality Management activities
• Follow up on testing results

Your professional qualifications include some of these:

• Good understanding of the development lifecycle and agile methodology
• Hands-on experience (design, development, testing and production support) in system configuration and online interfaces
• Knowledge in programming
• Knowledge of databases
• Good communications skills, both verbally and in writing in English
• Previous experience with quality management, incident and change processes is considered an advantage
• Relevant medium- or higher-level education
