 Salary: $70,000-75,000

Job Summary

The Procurement AI Data Analyst brings a data driven approach to solving company problems and providing strategic insight. The position will make both tactical as well as strategic observations and conclusions from data/analyses to recommend informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities include analyzing trends, building dashboards, data mining, facilitating reporting, forecasting, and a wide spectrum of special projects determined by business needs. This is an exciting role that both affords exposure to the leadership team and informs meaningful changes to the way we conduct business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the culinary team with information and recommendations using analytics to both identify and diagnose potential areas of improvement and to mitigate the impact of existing known problem areas.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to drive efficiencies and find opportunities for growth. 
• Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and provide recommendations for business improvement
• Work in conjunction with team members and leaders in the development of strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with data systems / BI programs (i.e. QlikView/Sense (Preferred), Tableau, Microsoft BI), AI Data Analysis platforms.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and interpret complex data into presentations and visualizations
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
• Ability to build relationships and work cross functionally with business partners

 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• MBA or Masters of Analytics preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required with 1+ years in a similar position preferred
