WWC Global is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support the Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support the establishment of the transformation management mechanisms necessary to monitor and measure progress of the implementation and resulting in tangible, transformational outcomes, to include key performance parameter, training and on boarding, ongoing management, and knowledge transfer to the Government.
- Design the operating model/transformation governance to drive and monitor execution of the future workforce as well as organization design (e.g.,decision-makers, initiative owners, key decision points).
- Design and drive the performance management cadence (e.g., daily initiative stand-ups, biweekly initiative reviews, monthly program reviews with Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN) leadership.
- Drive accountability for implementation activities through rigorous, initiative-level tracking that is used in mergers & acquisitions and company restructurings.
- Provide ongoing performance management through data-driven measurement by managing the results against the key performance indicators (KPI’s) as identified as well as culture diagnostics.
- Transfer knowledge to and build the capabilities of identified JFHQ-DODIN personnel to manage the execution, including capability-building sessions, practice performance management sessions, 1:1 training, on boarding, and role modeling.
- Execute implementation support initiatives as necessary, including for example: continuing to update the workforce model and strategy materials; reconfiguring analysis outputs to assist with production and operations build activities; responding to data requests.
- Develop and refine Position Descriptions based on the new workforce model, in the desired Government format. Based upon the planning and manpower studies and gap analysis,
- Identify the specific knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences (KSAE) to update existing Position Descriptions.
- Use industry best practices and extensive job description taxonomy library for these KSAEs.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0-20% / Occasional travel.
