• Assist in administering the sale of beverages in outlet, lounge, and banquet functions, as well as teaching and mentoring bartenders, servers, and other associates involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages 

• Curate and maintain an extensive wine list that reflects the style and concept of the establishment, including a diverse selection of varietals, regions, and price points. 

• Source and procure high-quality wines from reputable distributors, wineries, and importers, considering factors such as quality, value, and market trends. 

• Monitor inventory levels, track wine sales, and manage cellar storage to ensure optimal stock levels and rotation.
