District Field Technician

Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)</p> <h3 style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>The District Field Technician is a field-based leadership and technical role, responsible for traveling within the assigned district and region to support, evaluate, coach, and provide feedback to other technicians. This role is a hands-on expert, personally handling complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and major and minor repairs on a variety of customer and company-owned equipment. The technician must possess a mastery of skills across multiple domains, including shop and safety practices, EquipmentShare systems and software, and advanced technical training</p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform complex machine diagnosis and major component removal and replacement.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of customer and company-owned rental equipment.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on a variety of equipment</span></li> <li style="line-height: 2;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, including safely loading and unloading while complying with DOT regulations for height, wi
