We are seeking an experienced Manager, End User Engineering to lead and execute enterprise endpoint management strategy while providing hands-on technical leadership for a team of endpoint engineers. This player/coach role requires deep expertise in MDM technologies, with particular emphasis on Workspace ONE. This is a people manager role hybrid to our San Jose, CA office and will report to the Director, IT Operations - Digital Employee Experience. You will be responsible for:

• Architect and implement enterprise-wide MDM solutions while maintaining 60% hands-on technical work
• Lead the team of endpoint engineers, providing technical mentorship and career development
• Design and execute automation strategies for device provisioning, application deployment, and security compliance
• Manage Workspace ONE environment, including policy development, app packaging, and platform integrations
• Oversee management of Windows, macOS, and mobile device fleet

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience
• 4+ years of hands-on Workspace ONE administration and architecture
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Deep expertise in macOS and Windows management and strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Shell, Python)
• Experience with zero-touch deployment and automated provisioning

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Workspace ONE UEM certifications
• Experience with cloud-native security tools and EDR solutions and automox platform experience
• Background in large-scale technology transformation projects

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$129,500—$185,000 USD
