Job Description for Registered Nurse

• Case Opening Assessments
• Knowledge of OASIS - experience preferred - willing to train someone with Hospice experience
• Medication set up and reconciliation
• Wound care visits
• Supervisory and nurse visits
• Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
• Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area
• Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs

Requirements

• Current NV State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
• Reliable transportation, NV Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
• Current and reliable cell phone and must be easily reachable
