Ladies Locker Room Server

River Oaks Country Club is hiring immediately! The Ladies Locker Room Server is responsible for answering Members requests/inquiries and the general upkeep of the Ladies Locker Room area. This is a very high-profile role at River Oaks Country Club with a significant amount of Member contact.   Part-time | Shifts split as follows: 6a-3p, 9a-5p, 11a-7p |Exceptional Employee Amenities   Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quick, efficient, and courteous service to Members in the Ladies Locker Room
• Receive Member orders, input correctly and promptly into the Point of Sale, deliver food and beverage using appropriate service standards
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage products that are offered and how they are prepared
• Complete opening and closing duties, including set up and breakdown of food and beverage, service areas, card tables, and dining tables
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the locker room and restroom areas are in top condition at all times. Report any needs for repair to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance at all times in accordance with the established dress codes
• Effectively handle complaints and communicate them to Supervisor
• Keep service bar, dining and prep area neat and clean at all times
• Restock all necessary supplies, grooming supplies in shower room and sink areas, at the beginning of the shift
• Perform Housekeeping duties as requested

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• TABC certified
• Previous experience of attending to a bar/lounge
• Possess working knowledge of cocktails, wine and the correct way in which to serve, set up and clear tables
• Fluent English speaker
• Current drivers license
• Able to write legibly and accurately
